Part 1 focuses on carbon markets and on the potential market for studies to research storage locations for CCS projects in the USA. Part 2 focuses on the profitability study of a CCS project with 3 years of construction and 20 years of operating period. The impact of an increase in the price of carbon is looked into. Fiscal incentives related to accelerated depreciation are also considered. Part 3 addresses the creation of your start up CASTOREX. CASTOREX will carry out geological analyses to identify and evaluate the storage capacities of underground deposits. Two financing possibilities are studied: 100% equity financing or a combination of equity and debt."
